Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos of the issue.

  • Upon verification, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen differences

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)
